Well, I got into a... discipline called Parkour. It's defined as "the art of moving from one place to another as quickly and efficiently as possible." So basically through a variety of motions I'll learn how to go from point a to point b using a series of vaults, rolls, precisions, flips, and other awesomely sweet moves.
So, anyone else do Parkour?

That's definitely the scariest part in all of Parkour. I'd probably piss myself if I was doing half the stuff the guys who are really good do.
It looks so cool too, but only if they know what they're doing (unlike myself).

Awesome, I heard about this quite a while ago. I'd like to learn it.
It's hard but it's really fun and helps you look at everything in a different way. I'd highly suggest at least trying it out.

Well I love it, here in the Uk we call it Free running and unfortunatley being the tiny country that it is, the only place it is actually set-up is London. Which means I cant really practice... :l
SUCKS.
I dunno, I really have no where to practice, but I find parks to be a good place to go.
I tried once in 9th grade, I wasn't very good, lol.
I could get up this really high wall though nobody else could.
Haha practice makes perfect.

There's one of my problems, I have no one to practice with. All my friends are to lazy. Luckily there's a local gym I can go to to hang out with other people who train in Parkour, so I can meet new people. Have fun as well!
